Thank you to Arun & Heather

.........for volunTEAring their professional and personal time to support Dilshan; the first young person to be accepted onto our new Careers Empowerment Youth Service (CEYS).
Arun is a young Sri Lankan businessman and a trustee for The T.E.A Project; an excellent role model for Dilshan to learn from and aspire towards. Heather is an experienced and gifted English teacher from The British Council who has generously offered her valuable free time to coach Dilshan every week.
We really need your help to ensure TEA can continue to provide this support.

Is this the future Shigeru Miyamoto?

TEA think so.....
Dilshan is the first young person to be accepted onto our new Careers Empowerment Youth Service (CEYS).
The T.E.A Project is supporting Dilshan through his final year 'o' level re-sits and onto further education/employment.
Dilshan is gifted in I.T. & design; and dreams of being a 'game designer' one day. To help him achieve his aspirations in I.T. the project is providing 12 months private tuition for key subjects and a personal, professional mentor. There is also a weekly paid work placement in our Kandy office; a valuable chance to experience life in the workplace. To enhance existing skills and develop new ones. If Dilshan continues onto 'A' Levels then TEA will further our support, guidance and provide an additional study allowance.
We look forward to sending you news of Dilshan's progress in the coming months.

We are a small charity doing some big work. We really need your help.
